Couldn’t believe how small the box was when received. Hat squashed, damaged and bent - not fit for purpose. Despite their policy of a full refund for damaged items they refuse to reimburse me for the shipping and insurance charges. I purchased now a total of six dresses, two for my mother and four for my self. I got them on sale, all under $60 USD, and I wasn't expecting much for the price but boy, was I plesantly surprised!
